Go ahead create a Gold Dot account. From there you can click on "Manage Subscription," you'll have access to change roast, bean origin and ground.

Can I add on products to my subscription like more coffee?

Yes and yes. Sign into your Gold Dot account. Click add product. Add a gift for your second favorite friend for their birthday!

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Log into your Gold Dot account. Click on "Manage Subscription." From there you'll have access to pause or cancel your subscription at no cost.

How do I refer a friend?

Login to your Gold Dot account. Click on profile. Click on "Manage Loyalty" button. Scroll down and you'll see a unique link you can email or text to your friends. When they sign up for a subscription you'll automatically see points in your account!

How can I redeem my loyalty and referral rewards?

Your points show up in your loyalty page. You can click on any other coupons that you qualify for and add those codes to your checkout. These points are all stackable and can be used to purchase any product from our ceramics store.
