We currently ship to the US only. If you are outside of the US and would like to receive one of our products, please contact us and let us know where you would like our product shipped. We will add it to our list of upcoming shipping locations.
We offer returns on our ceramic products only. If your ceramic pieces has been damaged in shipping, please contact us with a description and image. We will take care of you with the highest priority.
If you ordered any one of our coffee products, your order will ship on either the 1st or 15th, depending on what date you selected with your order. Once it is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you still haven't received your order or tracking number, please contact us and we will take care you.
